Mindy McGinnis Takes The Truth

It's time for me to take a truth, and while I'm more of a stretching-the-truth kind of girl, I did find one suggestion in the truths that definitely resonated with me. Follower Orchid F. wants to know if there's anything that scares one of us more than having our book out in the wild for the masses to read. My answer is - definitely.

  3. Okay, you're scared of velociraptors -- I'm scared of mosquitoes. As in, screaming flailing terrified. I figure these two fears are equally rational. MOSQUITOES KILL PEOPLE. Or, they might not, BUT THEY WOULD IF THEY COULD!!!

    Erin - Thanks - that's my man :) He'll delicately dip his paws into anything. Takes him about an hour and a half to finish up half a cup of milk, but he's too dignified to jam his face in there.

    Riv - Thanks :) You wouldn't believe you if I told you how much thought went into what to use. You might believe me, but then you'd think I was kind of a spaz.. er... wait.

    SLD - TOTAL SPAZ. And yeah, I've got more vids up the sleeve. It's like an hour of work for each minute though. Patience, young jedi.

    JR- Dude, we'd totally be screwed. There's some debate about whether or not raptors had opposable thumbs. I'm guessing not, b/c if they did even that meteor wouldn't have done the trick.

    This is hilarious! I have an irrational fear of sleepwalkers. Is there anything creepier?! (besides velociraptors, of course)

  13. I think velociraptors are a perfectly logical thing to be afraid of-escepially after seeing how cunning they were in movies and books.

    Megan - Oh my.... I never even thought about it, but you're totally right. Sleepwalkers are freaky. They're walking... they're talking... and they're sleeping. I wonder if velociraptors sleepwalk?

    Orchid - Cunning is the word! Oh, they get me right in the gut. Which I guess, is what's tastiest. Thanks for contributing!
